Jayson Lovell
Superintendent of Schools @Wolf Creek Public Schools
Superintendent of Schools Jayson Lovell has spent his 27-year career with Wolf Creek Public Schools in a variety of roles. Lovell started out as a teacher when he arrived in 1993 before moving into an assistant principal role in Alix five years later, then became a principal in1999. Three years later, he became principal at Lacombe Composite before leaving to become an WCPS assistant superintendent in 2007. Lovell has an Education degree from Canadian University College (now Burman University) and a Masters of Education from the University of Alberta.
Ann Skelcher

Ann comes to Thoughtexchange from a 34-year career in education serving as a classroom and special education teacher for 8 of those years before moving into leadership roles as vice-principal and principal at both the elementary and secondary levels. Ann’s doctoral program in educational leadership centered on school crisis recovery and provided opportunity for her to look reflexively at the role of school leader. As well, she has shared her work on school culture, parent engagement, and student assessment in BC, Alberta, and Nunavut. Ann draws on her extensive experience in education when supporting our clients as they reach out to their own communities to hear their voices and re-energize and engage them in their children’s education. Standing beside our clients at important times during their Thoughtexchange processes, Ann is committed to ensuring that our clients have the full benefit our entire team to achieve their goals.
